QDRO Partners is unique in that there are very few QDRO entities run by an attorney whose prior practice was wholly centered on domestic relations law. Ben Nyhan practiced exclusively in family law for six years prior to founding QDRO Partners in 2016. His interest in retirement plan division and experience in high-asset, complex divorce cases led him to create QDRO Partners.
